A view of the Wood Shop area. Cubicle workstations are on either side.

This portion of the shop is set up in cubicles to provide each patternmaker with a personal area. Each patternmaker can then focus on his own task with minimal distraction, thus increasing efficiency.

In today's market, literally hundreds of different plastic products are available for use in manufacturing. We have the facilities and expertise to work with plastics. At Liberty Pattern, we implement a plastic process which is used to produce patterns and core boxes for the aircraft and aerospace industries. This process produces a quality tool with a quick turn-around time which is very cost effective.

This core plug assemble, cut in the CNC Department, is now being prepared for the next phase of pattern construction.

The saw room is where lumber is stored and then cut, jointed, and planed to a more desirable size. This is an internal core plug assemble used to produce production tooling for the aircraft industry.
