Company Profile

The Metal Shop is set up to handle a wide variety of work ranging from the small, simple tasks up to large complex projects.

The Metal Shop is involved in most jobs at Liberty Pattern. By working together with the Wood and Plastic and CNC areas, it creates a smooth flow throughout the manufacturing process, allowing for a quicker and more efficient construction time.

The Metal Shop has developed a very efficient and cost effective way of building core-setting gauges. These gauges can usually be built and delivered before the foundry has sand cores available to assembly.

Iron permanent molds are another product Liberty Pattern produces. We have made these molds to produce aluminum castings for use in various industries. The molds are machined in the CNC Department. Final assembly of these molds takes place in the Metal Shop.

All pattern and fixture base plates and core box frames are fabricated here.
