When a design is complete, it is presented to the customer for approval before construction begins. Most parts are cut in the CNC Department. And since most of these can be cut simultaneously on our 14 different mills, turnaround time is minimal. Also, most fixtures in our shop are designed and built along with the pattern, so there is little chance for error. The finished fixture is usually ready when the pattern equipment is delivered. 

    We also have the ability to plot out and provide a drawing of the fixture when necessary.
