Company Profile

Our largest mill, the SNK, has a maximum travel of 120" x 66" x 42".

Most jobs begin in the CNC Department, staffed by Programmer/Operators, where the majority of design and dimensional work is performed.

Starting with a customer's part blueprint or electronic model, we'll create a 3D computer model used for generating tool path programs executed on our CNC mills. Our CAD/CAM software Mastercam not only has complete design and manufacturing capabilities, it is also fully compatible with other CAD systems through its converters. If a 3D CAD model already exists, we'll use it to manufacture the tooling.

Our Second largest mill, the Ooya, has travel up to 85" x 33 1/2" x 27" in XYZ. A typical CAD/CAM workstation. All computers and software are continuously updated with the latest technology. A row of 5 CNC mills used for the smaller work. CNC machining of a ren board pattern.
